Learn a complete system of self defence...

While building confidence, discipline, self-esteem and having fun!

With over 30 years experience teaching men & women, boys & girls aged 6 to 66, we strive to teach a complete system of self defence tailored to your individual needs. Whilst developing good health, intelligence, good character and an ability to know worth through the teaching of traditional Japanese TaiJitsu Ryu JiuJitsu, modified Kawaishi Judo & Chinese Sil Lum Hung Kuen Kung Fu. We pride ourselves on maintaining friendly and supporting environment designed to help each and every student achieve their best.

Learning jiu jitsu and judo has made me so much more confident. Since starting, I feel that I’m better able to respond under pressure and control stressful situations. What’s more, the instructors are patient, the classes are fun - and the community is really close and supportive.  — Victoria
