CONNECTING
“Connections matter. Strong ties with family, friends and the community provide us with happiness, security, support and a sense of purpose. Being connected to others is important for our mental and physical wellbeing.”

Stay connected...
This never been truer than right now as we are all isolated as we battle this pandemic. That’s why this portion of our distance learning program is so important. Over the coming weeks will endeavour to expand our connection with each other and the Federation family by exploring the history of the Federation, the wider history of Martial Arts and by connecting virtually through weekly Google Meet sessions. These will be used as question & answer sessions and a chance to chat with each other and keep connected.
We are running a one hour session every Saturday at 1pm. All members registered for the DLP will be sent an email 10mins prior to the session officially commencing.
